Jill Morris has utilized her education and extensive travel experiences to develop a classical style that emphasizes livable rooms and timeless quality accented with imaginative details. A sophisticated color pallette, an eye for exquisite antiques and a flair for the unexpected, contribute to her modern approach. Past projects have included two Park Ave apartments, one house in East Hampton and two houses on Shelter Island, NY. The 1881 farmhouse that she purchased in the mid 80’s and presently occupies has been her passion and was recently featured as a ten-page story in the July ’06 issue of House Beautiful.
Current projects include a circa 1929 17,000sq.ft. Estate that she designed and decorated in conjunction with architect, Arthur Chabon, AIA and three private homes by well known architect Peter Dorne, AIA.
Jill considers herself to be a collaborator and is looking for motivated clients, interested in creating memorable interiors.
